Black Coffee Software provides a 12-month guarantee against software defects and omissions for software developed using the BARISTA methodology. The guarantee commences on completion (sign-off) of acceptance testing. (The commencement date may be varied by mutual agreement).

The criterion for determining whether a fault is covered by the guarantee is “Does the software meet the signed off requirements in the production environment?”. If not, then rectification of the fault is covered by the guarantee.

As a general rule – if the delivered software does not work to specification, there has been no 3rd party intervention that may have caused the fault, and the delivery platform has not changed, Black Coffee Software will resolve the problem at no charge.
